Our pasture board option provides exceptional care and comfort for horses who thrive in a natural, social environment. Designed with both wellbeing and convenience in mind, this program offers the freedom of full-time turnout paired with attentive daily management.
Includes:
- 24/7 turnout in spacious pastures with large, well-built run-in shelters
- Automatic, heated waterers for continuous fresh water access
- Unlimited first-cutting hay from local farmers
- Grain meals twice daily, customized to each horse’s needs
- Holding for veterinary and farrier appointments (when using the farm’s providers)
- Full access to farm amenities, including the riding arena and trails
Best suited for easy-keeper horses who enjoy herd living and relaxed, outdoor lifestyles.
Full Board: $715/ month (+NYS Sales Tax)
Our full board program offers the ideal balance of individualized care and generous turnout for the discerning horse owner. Horses enjoy the comfort of their own 12’x12’ stall and the attentive, detail-oriented management that defines SS Equestrian.
Includes:
- Private 12’x12’ stall, cleaned daily and bedded for maximum comfort
- All meals served in-stall with personalized feeding programs
- Safe, well-managed turnout for as many hours of the day or night as possible
- First and/or second cutting hay provided according to each horse’s dietary needs
- Full access to farm amenities, including arena, trails, and grooming areas
- Holding for veterinary and farrier appointments (when using the farm’s providers)
Horses are ideally stabled only during extreme weather, ensuring ample time outdoors to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
Special Care Board: $800/ month (+NYS Sales Tax)
Our Special Care Board is designed for horses with advanced needs, including broodmares, those with severe dietary restrictions, or horses requiring intensive medical management. Every horse receives individualized attention in a comfortable stall, combined with as much turnout as safely possible, ensuring both health and wellbeing.

- Private 12’x12’ stall with daily cleaning and premium bedding
- Individually tailored feeding plans, including soaked meals and specialized rations
- Close monitoring for medical, dietary, or behavioral needs
- Safe turnout opportunities whenever appropriate, managed to suit each horse’s condition
- Full access to farm amenities, including arena and trails
- Holding for veterinary and farrier appointments (when using the farm’s providers)
Ideal for horses requiring extra care, meticulous management, and a supportive, nurturing environment.
Extra Care Board: $1000/ month (+NYS Sales Tax)
Our Extra Care Board is reserved for horses requiring the highest level of attention and oversight, including heavily bred mares throughout parturition, mares with foals at their side, stallions, and quarantined horses. With limited availability, this program ensures each horse receives meticulous, individualized care in a safe and controlled environment.
Includes:
- Private stall in a separate, secure barn when needed
- Comprehensive daily monitoring, including temperature checks and health assessments
- Personalized feeding and soaking of meals as required
- Hand walking or solo turnout tailored to each horse’s condition
- Full access to farm amenities where appropriate
